2012 At A Glance
April - June 2012 Conducted cross cultural competency training for global industrial manufacturer including session for 30 leaders of Latin America operation headquartered in Brazil.
Supported launch of Inclusion Ambassador program. Delivered first workshop in Generational Differences for approximately 50 ambassadors.
Conducted full-day D&I Leadership Skills program for corporate leadership development program at a global oil and energy exploration company.
Facilitated D&I learning and action planning for the re-launch of the North American Diversity Team at a global oil and energy exploration company.
Conducted comprehensive review of D&I strategy and program implementation for a mid-sized management and technology consulting firm. Made recommendations for strengthening program and accelerating results.

Facilitated 1/2 day session for staff at Cleveland based community foundation responsible for distributing over $1 million in annual funding.
